Penn State University is actively engaged in an ambitious effort to strengthen the health and well-being of the Penn State Greek community through the Greek Pride: A Return to Glory initiative. The initiative was informed by Penn State's participation in a national student survey distributed in 2005 and 2007 by the Association of Fraternity Advisors (AFA) and Educational Benchmarking, Inc. (EBI), which assessed the overall effectiveness of fraternity and sorority life.
