Spring 2018 Penn State FitWell Group Exercise Drop In Schedule January 8-April 29th

Drop In Classes: Most group fitness classes below are drop in. They are filled on a first come, first served basis unless otherwise marked. A Campus Rec membership or daily admission pass is required to attend

(B) = Book It Classes: These classes often have limited space or limited equipment. Drop ins are welcome in these classes if space is available however we recommend reserving your space in advance if you are able. Look for the classes marked "Book it" on the schedule below. Click on the BOOK IT section and you will be taken to the class sign up. Classes are available to book online up to 48 hours in advance. Your spot is reserved up to five (5) minutes before the start of class. At five (5) minutes prior to the start of class, we will begin to let drop ins fill spaces. Three no-shows relinquishes your ability to BOOK It for future classes.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASS
Proper athletic footwear is required to attend all classes.
(Exceptions: Yoga/Pilates/Barre)
A valid PSU ID+ OR a one day pass is required for admission to any fitness class.
PSU FitWell reserves the right to deny entrance 10 minutes after the start time OR to patrons who do not listen to/follow guidelines from the instructor.

Group Exercise Classes run out of two convenient locations on campus
INTRAMURAL BUILDING: located on Curtin road across from Shields Building
WHITE BUILDING: located on Shortlidge road next to the HUB
  • Athletic shoes must be worn in most classes with the exception of Yoga, Pilates, and Barre.
  • A towel is required for cycling classes.
  • Yoga mats are provided however you may bring your own.
