LEED Certification
Penn State's Student Health Center is a silver rated LEED-certified building. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification is a national standard for green building construction. Human and environmental health factors considered are: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality. Penn State Green Teams
