De-Stress Zone

Feeling stressed? Check out our De-Stress Zone.

The De-Stress Zone features two iPod stations with a variety of relaxation, stress reduction, mindfulness and brain massage audio tracks.

Two biofeedback programs are also available on a desktop computer. Users practice exercises that reduce heart rate variability leading to an increase in positive emotions and reduced stress. Some exercises may help increase mental functions such as attention, alertness and memory.

The De-Stress Zone is open during regular UHS business hours.
