Relaxation Room

Feeling stressed? Check out the Relaxation Room in 020 IM Building. The Relaxation Room  features two biofeedback software programs on a desktop computer. You can practice breathing exercises designed to reduce your heart rate and stress level.  We have a variety of relaxation, stress reduction, mindfulness and brain massage audio tracks on two iPods. You'll find coloring books, a zen sand garden, puzzles and a comfortable space to help you take a break and relax.  


The Relaxation Room is open during regular business hours. M-F 8-5.
