Nutrition Clinic

Free, individual nutrition counseling is available to Penn State students through the Nutrition Clinic. Services are facilitated by a registered dietitian (RD) in a supportive and positive environment. Our dietitians can help tailor your diet to meet your cultural and personal health needs, which may include:

Weight Management Program. The Weight Management Program is a specialty service offered through the Nutrition Clinic. Participants in the 12-week program will meet with a registered dietitian for 6 visits to discuss personal dietary and fitness goals. Students with the following health needs are encouraged to enroll in the program:

Appointments can be scheduled online through myUHS, or by calling 814-863-0461. Initial consultations last one hour and follow-up appointments are arranged as needed. A clinical referral is not necessary. There is no fee to Penn State students for nutrition services.
