Penn State's Summer Leadership Conference

Registration Process

What: Summer Leadership Conference

When: August 2-4, 2017

Where: Penn State University, Harrisburg campus

  1. Please complete the following registration information and submit by June 2, 2017. Students must be placed in double rooms and males and females must be in separate rooms.
  2. There is a limit of twelve students to attend per campus.
  3. The number of rooms you will need to request on the registration form will depend on the number of male and female students attending the conference from your campus. There should not be any more than twelve (12) students per campus listed in six (6) student rooms.
  4. If you have an odd number of male and/or female students attending, please email Erin Clouser ( requesting that these students be paired with students from other campuses. For example, if your campus has three male students attending and you do not notify our office to pair the third student with someone from another campus you will be charged the full single rate for that third student. Students will not be paired unless a formal request is made in writing to the Central Office.
  5. Contact the Central Office at 814.863.9954 should you have any additional questions.

For each student or staff member you will need to complete the following information:

Once you complete the information on all the attendees from your campus you will need to click the submit button at the bottom of the page. Following this, you will get a confirmation notice that it has been successfully submitted.

Campuses will be invoiced for the number of students/staff that they register for. Invoices will be given at the conference. Just a reminder that you will be invoiced for the number of students/staff who were initially registered.

Please remember that all students are required to sign the expectations agreement. These need to be submitted at the time of Check-In on August 2nd (or for early arrivals on August 1st).
