Administrative Support to HUB areas
The Director's Office for Union and Student Activities provides oversight for all areas that fall within the scope of the Union and Student Activities department. These areas include:
- the HUB-Robeson Center facility
- Student Activities
- Fraternity and Sorority Life
- ASA (the Student Organization Finance Office)
- Schwab Auditorium
- Art Galleries
- HUB Goes Green
- Student Recreational Facilities & Equipment Fund Application
Administrative Support for Student Organizations
The Director's Office also provides administrative support for the HUB-Robeson Center Advisory Board and for the Student Activity Fee Board. The office maintains materials and information for both of these boards. For more information about these two boards, please visit their respective websites.
The Director's Office provides support for student organization office and storage space. Recognized student organizations may apply for space in the spring semester for the following school year through the process that is established by the HUB-Robeson Center Advisory Board. Space is limited and must be applied for each year.
FREE Notary service is available to students, faculty and staff from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is recommended to make an appointment with one of the notaries for time sensitive documents, documents requiring multiple notarizations and for documents requiring additional witnesses.
