The Oak Building

Formerly known as the Executive Education Building, the Oak Building, is located on the corner of West Park Avenue and North Atherton Street, adjacent to the Nittany Lion Inn. The Oak Building is the perfect location to host your next conference with multiple break-out rooms and lounge areas.

Oak Building Main Conference Room 102

The Oak Building's main conference room features a three tiered level, u-shaped seating, perfect for those larger groups wanting to have a more intimate setting. This main conference room comfortably seats 48 people and features your standard audio and visual needs.

Oak Building Break-Out Rooms

Adjacent to the main conference room, the Oak Building features four smaller conference rooms that are perfect for break-out sessions or smaller work groups. Each of these four conference rooms comfortably seats 12 people and features your standard audio and visual needs.

Upper Level of the Oak Building

The Oak Building features a great loft space featuring an additional conference room, overlooking the main atrium area and lounge. The upper level features lounge space and conference facilities comfortably seating up to 12 people and features your standard audio and visual needs.

Lower Level of the Oak Building

The Oak Building features a great lower level featuring a bar area, round banquet tables and lounge space, perfect for your social and catering needs.

The Oak Building Reservations

The Oak Building is managed by Union and Student Activities. Reservations for the Oak Building can be made by going to College Net.
