Student Program Registration and Resources for Student Organizations
The Office of Student Activities is committed to helping student organizations plan and implement successful programs that enhance the out-of-classroom experience for all students at University Park.
Our office has a Program Registration process to assist organizations in their programming efforts. The purpose of this process is to help students understand various aspects involved in planning events, to provide helpful tips, and answer any questions related to program planning.
Online Facility Requests
An online facility request may be submitted by going to reservations.psu.edu if the organization is planning an event in the following locations on campus:
- HUB-Robeson Center
- Outdoor Space
If you reserve your space online, you do not also have to submit a Student Program Registration and Facility Request Form.
Student Program Registration and Facility Request Form
A Student Program Registration and Facility Request Form must be completed when a student organization is hosting an event on campus or is requesting UPAC funds, regardless of the location of the event.
For HUB and Outdoor space, please follow the instructions above to submit the necessary information online.
Please print out both pages of the Student Program Registration and Facility Request Form, complete page one, and submit both pages to 125C HUB- Robeson Center for a review. Forms are also available in 125 HUB-Robeson Center.
