The Student Organization Conduct Committee (SOCC) is comprised of both students and staff to help educate recognized student organizations on applicable Penn State policies and procedures.
Our goal is to provide equal opportunity and a safe environment for all student organizations at University Park. As we work to both advocate for and educate all organizations, it is also our job to hold organizations accountable for violations of University Policy to help uphold and protect Penn State's image and integrity.
The documents below outline the disciplinary process for student organizations. If you determine an incident report is warranted, you should submit an Incident Report Form. Download, print and complete the document available below and submit it with any applicable supplemental documents to the Office of Student Activities.

Please follow the link below to report an incident. If you are an individual complainant, you may submit the report anonymously if you wish. Once you submit the report, a SOCC representative will contact you.
