LGBTA Leadership Retreat Info
The LGBTA Leadership Retreat is an annual program put on by the staff of the LGBTA Student Resource Center. This day long retreat helps facilitate growth among current and aspiring leaders within the Penn State community. With a combination of team- and self-awarenes- building activities, communication, conflict resolution, and diversity-related discussions, participants leave with new and improved leadership skills to bring back to campus.

The 2012 Leadership Retreat will be held in regional areas, EAST: Berks Sept 29, 2012; CENTRAL: University Park Nov. 10, 2012; WEST, New Kensignton Dec. 1, 2012 .
