The LGBTQA Student Resource Center offers LGBTQA+ students attending Penn State financial assistance through five scholarship programs.

Marc David Foundation Award

 

Purpose:

The Marc David Foundation Award is to recognize an outstanding undergraduate student at Penn State University Park who has achieved outstanding academic success and has demonstrated leadership and advocacy in the LGBTQA community at the university through their involvement in the LGBTQA Student Resource Center.

LGBTA Alumni Interest Group Scholarship

 

Purpose:

The purpose of the LGBTA Alumni Interest Group Outstanding Student Award is to honor and recognize contributions to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) community achieved by an undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled at The Pennsylvania State University.

Barry H. Marshal Scholarship

Purpose:

The purpose of the Barry H. Marshal Scholarship is to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at The Pennsylvania State University who have a demonstrated need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses and who advocate for or contribute to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) community.

Barry H. Marshal Scholarship Application

 

 

 

Bruce Miller and Dean LaVigne Trustee Scholarship

 

Purpose: 

The purpose of the Bruce Miller and Dean LaVigne Trustee Scholarship shall be to provide financial assistance to undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at The Pennsylvania State University at University Park or any non-University Park location, who have a demonstrated need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses and who have demonstrated an interest in advocating for or contributing to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) community.

Masel-McClin LGBTQA Scholarship

 

Purpose:

The purpose of the Masel-McClin LGBTQA scholarship is to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at The Pennsylvania State University - University Park who advocate for or contribute to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and ally (LGBTQA) community.
