Why does Residence Life conduct assessment?
Residence Life conducts assessment to measure student satisfaction with our staff, programs and services. Continued assessment over time allows the University to track its progress towards excellence. Participation in national surveys allows Penn State to benchmark the competitiveness with other institutions.
