Aqua Fitness

Aqua Fitness is a series of classes we offer at McCoy Natatorium for Campus Recreation Members. We have developed classes for all sizes, ages, and types. Please review and register for the classes using the link below.

Aqua Move

This is a course for those looking to keep moving and a balance of low intensity cardio and full body strengthening in shallow water.

Aqua Power

This is a high-intensity Interval based workout through plyo work in the shallow water! Participants will be bouncing, skipping, jump squats and speed drills in shallow water. This is a great high energy workout that is easy on your joints and allows for some recovery from land-based workouts such as running and lifting.


Offers a unique workout on water utilizing traditional workouts like burpees, pushups, situps but with new unique adaptations to work on strength and balance!

Fitness Swimming

This is for those looking to swim on a regular basis while working to increase stroke efficiency, speed, and fitness through instructor lead workouts. This course takes place in the 25-yard lap lanes.
