Bringing students and employers together

Diversity Dialogues brings employers and students together for an intimate discussion about diversity in the workplace.  Join us virtually for guided small group discussions and an employer panel.

All students are welcome to attend from all campuses, whether they are first-year students, graduate students, or somewhere in between.

Virtual Event on Zoom

  • Interactive Diversity in the Workplace Discussion
    11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EST

    Students and employers will participate in a virtual educational workshop, divided into small breakout groups.  Scenarios discussed during the educational portion of the event will pertain to diversity in the workplace, job search, interview process, and more.

  • Employer Panel Discussion
    1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. EST

    An interactive panel discussion with employers where students will ask panelists questions such as their company policies, how to navigate the hiring process as a diverse individual, and how students might best showcase their skills and talent to be considered for a position.

Submit your questions for the employer panel in advance to hear directly from the source. Ask about workplace policies, how to navigate situations, or anything you're interest in learning more about.

All attendees who attend both Diversity Dialogues sessions will be entered in a raffle to win $200, $100, and $50 gift cards.

Student Organization Challenge  

Is your organization up to the challenge? The student orgs with the highest number of students in attendance will receive donations to their ASA account. 

    $500 donation to their organization
    $300 donation to their organization
    $100 donation to their organization

Attendees must identify the student organization they are representing to be eligible.
