​​Alumni Hall is the largest event space in the HUB with the ability for a custom setup.  The space includes built-in speakers, stage lighting and hardwood floor.  There are also large windows with curtains that provide natural light.  A stage is also included.  Any adjustment or relocation of that stage has a fee.  Projector and screen are also fixed features of this space and can be used for an additional charge.

129 A, B and C are attached to Alumni Hall.  They can be included with Alumni Hall to make one large space or separated out for individual event spaces.  Projectors are not fixed features in these spaces, but can be added for an additional charge.  Air walls are used to divide the different areas.  Available configurations are as follows:

  • Alumni Hall
  • Alumni Hall plus 129ABC
  • Alumni Hall plus 129AB or BC or AC
  • Alumni Hall plus 129A or B or C
  • 129ABC
  • 129AB or BC or AC
  • 129A or B or C

The HUB requires a minimum of 1 hour 30 minutes for setup and 1 hour 30 minutes for teardown to be added to all reservations for use by facility personnel only.  There is an hourly rate for all groups who wish to use the space.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information.
