Paper Chains & Donation Boxes Policy

Paper chains are permitted to be displayed in the HUB-Robeson Center atrium under the following conditions:

May only be hung from the metal railings around the first floor of the atrium and/or down the railings behind the hand rails on the monumental stairs.
Must use “painter’s tape” to hang the chain.
May only be displayed for ONE (1) week.
Must be removed by the group responsible for the display. Failure to do so will result in a removal fee.

Failure to adhere to these policies may result in loss of display and/or marketing privileges in the HUB-Robeson Center.

Donation boxes are permitted in the HUB-Robeson Center under the following conditions:

Mike Miller, Event Management, will determine the location and duration of the donation box.
Box must be sturdy, purpose clearly marked, and sponsor of the collection program identified.
The box must be checked daily and items removed by 8 p.m. each day. Failure to do so could result in the collection boxes being removed.
The length of the collection program will be determined in consultation with the event management staff; however, items may not be collected for longer than TWO (2) weeks.

Failure to adhere to these policies may result in loss of display and/or marketing privileges in the HUB-Robeson Center.
