  • Meeting Room 106
    • Room 106 is a meeting space that has a conference style setup with 25 chairs around a conference table.  This setup cannot be changed.  There are windows with blinds that allow for natural light and the floor is carpeted.  The space includes a white board, in-ceiling speakers and credenza.  Lighting in the space is dimmable.  The room comes equipped with a TV that can be used for an additional charge. The HUB requires a minimum of 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for teardown to be added to all reservations for use by facility personnel only.  Recognized Student Organizations may use the space free of charge.  There is an hourly rate for all other groups.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information.
  • Meeting Room 107

    • Room 110 is a meeting space that has a conference style setup with 14 chairs around a conference table.  This setup cannot be changed.  There are no windows and the floor is carpeted.  The space includes a white board, in-ceiling speakers and credenza.  Projector and screen are also fixed features of this space and can be used for an additional charge. The HUB requires a minimum of 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for teardown to be added to all reservations for use by facility personnel only.  Recognized Student Organizations may use the space free of charge.  There is an hourly rate for all other groups.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information.
  • Meeting Room 111
    • Room 111 is a meeting space that has a conference style setup with 14 chairs around a conference table.  This setup cannot be changed.  There are no windows and the floor is carpeted.  The space includes in-ceiling speakers and credenza.  The room comes equipped with dual TVs and Polycom video conferencing that can be used for an additional charge. The HUB requires a minimum of 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for teardown to be added to all reservations for use by facility personnel only.  Recognized Student Organizations may use the space free of charge.  There is an hourly rate for all other groups.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information.
  • Meeting Room 131
    • Room 131 is a meeting room with the ability for a custom setup.  The default setup is a conference hollow square with 24 chairs around it.  Maximum fire code capacity is 55 people without furniture.  There are glass walls that overlook public space within the building and blinds.  Those glass walls do get some natural light from the building atrium.   The floor is carpeted.  The space includes a white board, vanity mirror, built-in speakers, counter top and sink.  Projector and screen are also fixed features of this space and can be used for an additional charge. The HUB requires a minimum of 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for teardown to be added to all reservations for use by facility personnel only.  Recognized Student Organizations may use the space default setup free of charge.  There is an hourly rate for all other groups.  Any change to the default setup has a fee.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information.
  • Meeting Room 134
    • Room 134 is a meeting room with the ability for a custom setup.  The default setup is a conference hollow square with 32 chairs around it.  Maximum fire code capacity is 100 people without furniture.  There are glass walls that overlook public space within the building and blinds.  Those glass walls do get some natural light from the building atrium.  There are also floor-to-ceiling windows that get natural light.   The floor is carpeted.  The space includes a white board and built-in speakers.  Projector and screen are also fixed features of this space and can be used for an additional charge.  The HUB requires a minimum of 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for teardown to be added to all reservations for use by facility personnel only.  Recognized Student Organizations may use the space default setup free of charge.  There is an hourly rate for all other groups.  Any change to the default setup has a fee.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information.
  • Main Lounge Tables
    • There are a total of six main lounge tables.  These tables are also known as philanthropic tables.  The primary purpose of these tables is philanthropic in nature and all proceeds collected are going to a charitable non-profit organization.  They are also available to promote University wide or nationally recognized events.  If you wish to reserve one of these tables and your activity is does not meet the criteria above, you may only make a request for the space a week prior to the date you wish to reserve.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information.
  • Charlotte Ray Lounge
    • One of the larger lounge spaces in the HUB, Charlotte Ray Lounge is located near the Pollock Road entrance close to meeting rooms 111, 110, 107 and 106.  The area is carpeted, open to the public and receives natural light.  There is an hourly rate for all groups who wish to use the space.  There is also a change of setup fee in addition for any changes to the space.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information. 
  • Freeman Auditorium Lounge
    • The Freeman Auditorium Lounge is just outside of Freeman Auditorium.  The area is carpeted, open to the public and receives natural light.  There is an hourly rate for all groups who wish to use the space.  There is also a change of setup fee in addition for any changes to the space.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information. 
  • Gingher Lounge
    • The Gingher Lounge is located near the top of the main staircase that takes visitors from the 1st floor down to the ground floor.  The area is carpeted, open to the public and receives natural light.  There is an hourly rate for all groups who wish to use the space.  There is also a change of setup fee in addition for any changes to the space.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information. 
  • Big TV Lounge
    • One of the larger lounge spaces in the HUB, the TV Lounge is located near the Pollock Road entrance close to Alumni Hall and the Information Desk.  The area is carpeted, open to the public and receives natural light.  There is an hourly rate for all groups who wish to use the space.  There is also a change of setup fee in addition for any changes to the space.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information.
  • Galbraith Lounge
    • The Galbraith Lounge is located near the top of the main staircase that takes visitors from the 1st floor down to the ground floor.  The area is carpeted, open to the public and receives natural light.  There is an hourly rate for all groups who wish to use the space.  There is also a change of setup fee in addition for any changes to the space.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information. 
  • Noontime Lounge
    • The Noontime Lounge overlooks HUB Lawn.  The area is carpeted, open to the public and receives natural light.  There is an hourly rate for all groups who wish to use the space.  There is also a change of setup fee in addition for any changes to the space.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information. 
  • Cheatham Lounge
    • The Cheatham Lounge is located just outside of Heritage Hall.  The area is carpeted, open to the public and receives natural light.  There is an hourly rate for all groups who wish to use the space.  There is also a change of setup fee in addition for any changes to the space.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information. 
  • Heritage Hall Kitchen
    • Heritage Hall Kitchen is attached to Heritage Hall but also has direct access to the public area of the HUB.  This space can be reserved with or without a reservation for Heritage Hall.  The space includes refrigerator, sinks, prep table and tiled floor.  The HUB requires a minimum of 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for teardown to be added to all reservations for use by facility personnel only.  There is a daily rate for all groups.  Please refer to the HUB Policies, rental rates and equipment price-list sections for other relevant information.
