How We Can Help

University life can get complicated quickly—health concerns, academics, finances, relationships—they all intersect. When left unaddressed, one issue can compromise another. Case management offers a holistic approach to support your ability to stay engaged, thrive, and belong at Penn State.

  • Navigating university and community resources for physical or mental health issues.
  • Addressing mental-health topics such as anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges.
  • Financial and insurance issues, including help understanding coverage for medications or immunizations.
  • Coordination of care for multiple or complex medical conditions, and referrals to specialists, therapists, or psychiatrists.
  • Connecting you to programs such as the HEALS (Healthy Eating and Living Support) and the Gender Diverse Care Team.

By working with you one-on-one, case management aims to remove obstacles so you can focus on your studies, wellbeing, and personal growth.
