What is WellTrack Boost?
WellTrack Boost is a self-guided, online mental health platform that helps students manage stress, build awareness, and develop healthy habits. It includes:
- Interactive Tools: Mood tracking, gratitude journaling, guided meditations, and more.
- Wellness Assessments: One-time or ongoing check-ins to help you understand your mental and emotional state.
- Courses and Series: On-demand learning on topics like anxiety, purpose, sleep, mindfulness, depression, and public speaking.
- Mobile Access: Use the desktop version or download the WellTrack Boost app for iOS and Android.
