In addition to the Relaxation Room, Health Promotion and Wellness now offers a meditation room in the Wellness Suite, 20 IM Building. Students can reserve the meditation room for 30-minutes, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a private space for one student to use for meditation and/or quiet reflection. The room includes relaxation sound tracks, a meditation cushion and a meditation/singing bowl. If you would like to reserve the room, sign up online through myUHS.
