Fitness and Wellness Class Schedules
With over 150 different classes available to students and Campus Recreation members, including drop-in classes where you can stop in when your schedule permits, bookable classes, that allow you to reserve a spot, instructional and martial arts classes that progress over time, and the new Deep Yoga classes and Boxing Circuit class, there is something for every-BODY. All fitness levels and experience levels are welcome in our classes.
The Penn State Campus Recreation Fitness and Wellness program is where patrons can not only work out but can learn the benefits of lifelong holistic fitness and wellness.
Classes run seven days a week, from early morning to late night, making them easy to work around any schedule. Come in before class to start your day strong or swing by after a long day to relieve some stress. Fitness and Wellness classes are available for all your fitness needs.
