About Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI)

The Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI) is a feedback tool designed to help understand how you, and others, perceive your leadership style. It’s also an opportunity to discover your leadership strengths and weaknesses, to make a plan for improvement, and to commit to growing as a leader within your organization.

The foundation of SLPI is based on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership defined in "The Student Leadership Challenge" by Kouzes & Posner. To learn more about the Five Practices, and SLPI, scroll through the box above!

Take the Challenge

It takes 10 minutes!

Are you or members of your organization looking for a new and innovative way to improve your leadership style? This leadership inventory will set the foundation!

The SLPI is done on-line at your convenience, followed up by an hour long hands-on workshop to help individuals understand their results and maximize their leadership potential.

How to Register

To register for a workshop, please complete this registration form. You will receive contact from our SLPI Coordinator in the next 48 hours about the next steps.

Thanks to the generosity of UPAC, we are able to offer this leadership inventory free of charge. This is an incredible opportunity since it usually costs $15.00 for student inventories and $200.00 per standard instrument. Take advantage of this value!
