Annual Housing Fair
The Housing Fair is a great resource for students who are trying to decide whether to live on or off-campus, or who are planning on moving off-campus into the Centre County community. Penn State students, parents, families, and friends have the opportunity to meet with on-campus housing staff, local landlords, property managers, business, government, and bank representatives in one convenient location.
The Housing Fair is not a place for students to sign leases or feel any pressure to do so. Rather, it is an opportunity to ask questions, find out information and learn more about local options.
For the students who determine staying on-campus is the best decision for them, representatives from housing can answer questions about the newly upgraded on-campus housing lottery. For the students who determine moving off-campus is the best decision for them, students and their families can schedule tours with the landlords and property managers at the fair.
