Student Program Registration and Resources for Student Organizations

The Office of Student Activities is committed to helping student organizations plan and implement successful programs that enhance the out-of-classroom experience for all students at University Park.

Our office has a Program Registration process to assist organizations in their programming efforts. The purpose of this process is to help students understand various aspects involved in planning events, to provide helpful tips, and answer any questions related to program planning.

Online Facility Requests

An online facility request may be submitted by going to College Net/25 Live if the organization is planning an event in the following locations on campus:

  • HUB-Robeson Center
  • Outdoor Space
  • General purpose classrooms/academic spaces
  • Oak Building
  • Residence Life
  • Pasquerilla Spiritual Center

If you reserve your space online, you do not have to submit a paper Student Program Registration and Facility Request Form.

Student Program Registration and Facility Request Form

Student Program Registration and Facility Request Form must be completed when a student organization is hosting an event that is not able to be reserved through the online reservation system or is requesting UPAC funds, for an off-campus event.

Please print out both pages of the Student Program Registration and Facility Request Form, complete page one of the fillable form, and submit both pages to 125A HUB- Robeson Center for a review. Forms are also available in 125 HUB-Robeson Center.
