Student Affairs Accounts

SAIT provides all employees in Student Affairs with an account. The account is used for a wide range of services. These services include:

Each unit in Student Affairs has one or more designees who can request new accounts, request changes to existing accounts, and request the removal of existing accounts.

Once the Account Request Form is completed by the unit designee, new staff can complete the Student Affairs IT Orientation Training. Upon completion of this online training module, they will receive a new one-time use password to login to the Student Affairs network. The system will then prompt the new account holder to change this one-time use password to a personal version that can be used for 90 days. The new account holder can then begin using their Student Affairs account. To maintain optimum network security, account holders must change their password every 90 days.
