Platforms for Promoting Events and Resources?

Here are some of the main advertising channels we have in Student Affairs. Our office is happy to work with you on other options based on your target audience and goals.

Event Calendar

List your event in the Student Affairs event calendar through 25Live. Besides being displayed on our website, we share events listed in our calendar in multiple ways.

Digital Screens

Submit your event to run on digital screens throughout Student Affairs buildings and some other buildings on campus.

HUB-Robeson Center

Submit your ad for consideration to run in Toilet Paper/Elevator Pitch. There is no cost for Student Affairs offices, but space is not guaranteed.

Reserve poster or banner space in the HUB or in other areas of campus through 25Live. You can have your poster or banner printed through the HUB Marketing Office at a discounted price.

Social Media

Tag Penn State Student Affairs on social media, @studentlifepsu, to share your event. If you tag Student Affairs on Instagram, your event may be included in our weekly event roundups for Penn State social on Mondays.

Flyers/Bulletin Boards

Print flyers through Multimedia & Print Center's Print Portal, located in the Hostetter Building on campus. You can hang flyers on public bulletin boards in the HUB or throughout campus.

Press Releases

Reach out to our office to assist you with submitting a press release to Penn State News. Press releases submitted to Penn State News are included in Penn State Today and the Student Affairs headlines issue. These press releases are also often picked up by Onward State and the Daily Collegian.

Residence Halls

You can submit your event for consideration in Stall Stories or on the digital screens in the Residence Halls.

Paid Advertising

We can assist you with advertising through channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Collegian, Onward State, Spotify, and more. Please reach out for more information. There is no cost for platforms where we have an existing contract.
