Apply for the Involvement Fair
Recognized student organizations are eligible to register to attend upcoming Involvement Fairs in Discover. The annual fall and spring Involvement Fairs occur within the first two weeks of each semester and the new organization mini Involvement Fairs occur later in the semester.
- Spring Involvement Fair: January 13–15, 2026
- Spring New Org Fair: March 3
Maintaining Active Status
Staying recognized as a Penn State student organization means keeping your registration and engagement up to date. Each year, organizations must complete the re-registration process through Discover, confirm leadership and advisor information, and remain in compliance with university policies and expectations.
- All officers must complete the mandatory officer training via Canvas prior to the posted deadline
- Dance and Physical Activity organizations must resubmit the required, additional forms in Discover to maintain status
Active status allows your organization to reserve space, host events, manage funds, and participate in involvement fairs. Groups that miss requirements, such as failing to renew registration or maintain a full roster, risk becoming inactive until they meet all criteria again.
