The following standard services have been made accessible to students through NLCN.
On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) - Special Feature for Seniors
This feature is automatically provided to ALL SENIORS at the start of the fall semester. You do not need to take any additional steps to register/add OCI to your account. Seniors, log-in to your account any time after August 18, 2014 to begin applying to OCI jobs.
All other students (Non-Seniors) please preview the system through the Guest Account to determine if the OCI feature is right for you.

Nittany Lion Career Network - Standard Services
Employers who are not conducting On-Campus Interviews but are still targeting Penn State students, will post full-time, internship, and part-time employment opportunities for students in all academic colleges. These jobs are viewable through the NLCN.
Sometimes employers don't have current job openings, but they do have entry level jobs and when these jobs become available, the companies typically need to hire right away. You will have the opportunity to "apply" for these leads/prospects through NLCN so when the job becomes available, you will automatically become an applicant for this position.
Employers hold information sessions throughout the year. These sessions provide a chance for you to learn more about an employer, meet with recruiters, ask questions about various opportunities, and express your interest in current or future opportunities. These sessions are open to students who have an interest in the company and are required for students interviewing through OCI. To view upcoming information sessions, use the Events tab in NLCN.
Career Services offers a variety of career fairs during the fall and spring semesters. These fairs give students the opportunity to meet with a number of recruiters in person and in one location to explore various opportunities and to build networking contacts.
LionLink is a professional networking program that links Penn State students and alumni with alumni volunteer Career Coaches. Career Coaches provide valuable information and advice on jobs and careers to Career Explorers, who are alumni or students looking for a job or seeking career-related information.
This service enables students seeking full-time employment in the field of education (pre-K through higher education) to centrally store and distribute required application documents.
