Healthy eating and nutrition are important in maintaining overall health. Many potential roadblocks affect the ways that students eat, including busy schedules, tight budgets, or limited knowledge about meal planning and food preparation.

Student Affairs offers a number of resources to help students achieve healthy eating habits and maintain proper nutrition. We offer free one-on-one nutrition counseling with registered dietitians and support services for those affected by disordered eating. In addition, we provide services, such as healthy cooking demonstrations and recipe sharing.

How much do you know about healthy eating?

Did you know that Penn State has over thirty-five places to eat on campus, with healthy options found at nearly every location? Learn how to make the right choices whether you're living on or off campus.
