Yoga and Meditation
There are multiple opportunities to engage your mind and body in this relaxing and restorative practice. Each of these sessions are led by certified instructors. Yoga materials are limited; feel free to bring your own. All are welcome and no experience is necessary.
- Mondays from Noon - 1:00 p.m. in 232 HUB-Robeson Center
- Mondays from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in 122 Pasquerilla Spiritual Center
- Wednesdays from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. in 232 HUB-Robeson Center
Breathe into Balance
Relax your brain and allow all parts of yourself to come back into balance. This weekly wellness activity promotes resiliency and relaxation through breathwork. Learn practical skills that will help transform the way you respond to stress. Registration is not required; All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Starting September 4 through December 11* on Thursdays from Noon to 1:00 p.m. in 232 HUB.
*Breathe into Balance will not be offered on October 16 and 23.
Well-being Wednesday
Stop by the IM Building for wellness activities and resources on Wednesday afternoons. Starting September 2, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. visit the outreach tables, staffed by HealthWorks Peer Educators, to learn about ways to support your well-being.
Vibe Out x Mindful Making
Make, Move, and Groove. Your creative escape. Join us for Vibe Out sessions this fall!
A collaborative mindful making program between Health Promotion and Wellness, Student Leadership and Involvement, the Center for Performing Arts. Each week, engage with different activities that highlight creativity, curiosity, and fun. Combine music with calming crafts or movement and experience practical stress relieving techniques.
Registration is not required, feel free to drop-in. Seats are limited, so early arrival is advised if you want the best chance of participating.

- December 3 at 4:30 p.m. Picture Framing in 134 HUB with the Center for Arts and Crafts!
