Rental Rates

The cost of renting the HUB-Robeson Center facilities for your student organization, university department (weekdays/nights/weekends), or non-university event is determined by its affiliation with the university.  There is a minimum charge of 2 hours per calendar day and a maximum charge of 8 hours per calendar day for most reservations.  If there is a change of setup fee listed, the default setup can be changed.  All changes have to be completed by the HUB-Robeson Center Facility Staff.

 

**RATES WILL CHANGE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2027 AND ARE LISTED BELOW.  ANY EVENT ON OR AFTER THIS DATE WILL HAVE THESE NEW RATES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Maximum Room Capacity

The maximum room capacity is based on the default setup of that particular room. The capacity for numerous rooms varies based on the room setup.
