Feeling stressed? Visit the Relaxation Room in the Wellness Suite, 020 Intramural Building.
The Relaxation Room features biofeedback software programs and relaxation apps on iPads. You can practice breathing exercises designed to reduce your heart rate and stress level. In addition, you'll find coloring books, a zen sand garden, puzzles, light therapy boxes, a Buddah Board, and a comfortable space to help you take a break, relax, or study.
The Relaxation Room is open, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
