We provide communications & marketing support to Student Affairs units. We can work with you on press releases, print or digital publications, website content, social media, photos, videos, campaigns, ad placements, promotional items and apparel, and more. Contact us to get started on a project.

Please note: ALL printed materials, MUST be submitted and approved by our office, even if you have someone else create them. Visit our U.Ed. number page for more information on this process.

New Project Request Form

Recommended Project Deadlines

Printed projects: 4-6 weeks (add 2 weeks if printing externally)
Digital-only projects: 2-4 weeks
Press Releases/Feature Stories: 2-4 weeks
Web Requests: 1 week for simple updates - up to 6 weeks for large projects
Promotional Items/Apparel: 2 weeks (excluding licensing review and printing/shipping times)
Videos: at least 8-10 weeks
Campaigns: 8-10 weeks
