Lavender Graduation is an annual ceremony conducted on numerous campuses to honor and acknowledge lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and ally graduating students and to recognize their achievements and contributions to Penn State.
Graduating students, both undergraduate and graduate, are invited to the celebration, which occurs prior to University-wide commencement events. This event is hosted by the Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity.

Latino Caucus will host their 4th annual Penn State Latinx Graduation ceremony/recognition. Students graduating in spring 2024 and fall 2024 will be celebrated. Enjoy free food and celebrate with the Latinx community. Graduation stoles will be distributed. This event is sponsored by the Paul Robeson Cultural Center.

Celebrate the 2nd annual APIDA Heritage Festival hosted by Penn State's APIDA Caucus and State College's PanAPIDA Circle in Downtown State College. Enjoy food, music, and live performances that embrace and celebrate the APIDA community in a Night Market-themed event. Visit the Dr . Martin Luther King Jr. plaza in downtown State College to gather and honor APIDA Heritage Month and students earning their diplomas. No registration is required. This event is sponsored by State College Borough and the Paul Robeson Cultural Center.
