Graduate and Professional School Week provides students the chance to connect with advanced education programs from across the country to explore options for their next educational journey. Three distinct days connect students with law schools, medical and health-related programs, and general graduate studies opportunities.

Event Schedule
Graduate and Professional School Week is held over three distinct days to allow schools and programs to connect with students looking to explore specific higher education opportunities.

Registration Information
Ready to register for Graduate and Professional School Week? Review the following information to make sure you have the knowledge you need. The registration form cannot be saved once started.

Registration Fees
Standard Registration Cost Registration (lunch, 1 representative, one 6' table, and two chairs) $250 per table Additional Representative $25 per representative Available Sponsorships
Student Website Sponsorship
Make your organization more visible to students before the fair. You get your logo, a brief organization overview, and hyperlink to organization website on the student Graduate and Professional School homepage.

Student Website Video Sponsorship
Your video will be featured on one of the student event website pages. You provide the video and a webpage you would like to link to and we'll do the rest.

Ready to attend Graduate and Professional School Week? Follow the steps below to complete your registration.
- Fill out the registration form and click Continue
- Review the form for completeness and click Confirm
- View the Event Registration Thank You page. This indicates your registration has gone through.
- Registrations will be approved within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends or when the University is closed. Once registration is approved you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and other key information.

Please refer to both your registration confirmation email and the Cancellation & Payment Policy for more information. Tables are not assigned until payment is received. Non-payment is not considered cancellation.

Once your registration is received by our team, a payment instructions email will be sent to the email address listed on the registration. We accept all major credit cards or checks.
Pay with a Credit Card
- Access your Nittany Lion Careers account.
- Representatives or employers that are new to Nittany Lion Careers should have received an email with instructions on how to create their account.
- Select the Employer login button and input your login credentials.
- Select Events, then Career Fairs from the left menu
- Scroll through the list of events to find then Grad and Professional Week 2026 (UPark Campus) and click on the "Registered" button
- Select the "View your Invoice" tab to view your invoice
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Pay with Credit Card"
- You will be redirected to a new page where you can submit your payment information to Penn State.
- Upon submission, you will be directed back to your paid invoice.

75% Refund for cancellations received before September 11 at 5:00 p.m. EST. 50% Refund for cancellations received between September 12–September 25 at 5:00 p.m. EST. No Refund for cancellations on or after September 26 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Grace Period 75% refund for cancellations received within 2 business days of registration date.

Shipping Materials In
Graduate and Professional School Week will accept shipments on behalf of schools or programs that follow the outlined guidelines.
- Materials must be received between October 10–October 16. Shipments outside of this date range will be refused.
- Consider shipping to your hotel in advance.
- All packages sent directly to the event venue will be refused and returned.

Shipping Guidelines
- At all times the Organization is responsible for its own property.
- The Organization is required to remove all property from the venue by 4:00 p.m.
- The Organization is responsible to deliver their outgoing shipment directly to the carrier and may not leave any of its property unattended at the conclusion of the fair. The Pennsylvania State University (PSU) shall have no responsibility for any property of the Organization and the Organization agrees to release and hold harmless PSU for any such damage or loss of property. Any property left in venue after above specified time shall be disposed of by the cleaning crew.
- Materials must be received between October 10–October 16. Shipments outside of this date range will be refused.

All organizations must check-in upon arrival. You will receive an information packet, name badge, ticket for lunch, as well as important interviewing information.

Organizations are responsible for removal and shipping of any materials at the conclusion of the event. Materials left at the venue or with Career Services staff will be discarded.
