WellTrack Boost is a free self-help resource that gives Penn State students access to personalized mental health tools anytime, anywhere. Whether you're checking in with your mood, learning new coping skills, or exploring mindfulness, this digital platform supports your well-being on your schedule. 

What is WellTrack Boost? 

WellTrack Boost is a self-guided, online mental health platform that helps students manage stress, build awareness, and develop healthy habits. It includes: 

  • Interactive Tools: Mood tracking, gratitude journaling, guided meditations, and more.
  • Wellness Assessments: One-time or ongoing check-ins to help you understand your mental and emotional state.
  • Courses and Series: On-demand learning on topics like anxiety, purpose, sleep, mindfulness, depression, and public speaking.
  • Mobile Access: Use the desktop version or download the WellTrack Boost app for iOS and Android. 

WellTrack Boost Anytime, Anyplace

Download the WellTrack Boost app and check in from anywhere. All Penn State students have free access. Login using your Penn State credentials to explore tools, take an assessment, or start a course.
