Get Connected with Dedicated Support
We're here to help you navigate your care options, find appropriate and helpful resources, and coordinate care efforts across campus. Our team can help take the weight off while creating a support system for you.
How We Can Help
University life can get complicated quickly—health concerns, academics, finances, relationships—they all intersect. When left unaddressed, one issue can compromise another. Case management offers a holistic approach to support your ability to stay engaged, thrive, and belong at Penn State.
- Navigating university and community resources for physical or mental health issues.
- Addressing mental-health topics such as anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges.
- Financial and insurance issues, including help understanding coverage for medications or immunizations.
- Coordination of care for multiple or complex medical conditions, and referrals to specialists, therapists, or psychiatrists.
- Connecting you to programs such as the HEALS (Healthy Eating and Living Support) and the Gender Diverse Care Team.
By working with you one-on-one, case management aims to remove obstacles so you can focus on your studies, wellbeing, and personal growth.
