Know the code. All Penn State Students are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct, which exists to provide a safe living and learning environment. The Office of Student Conduct oversees the disciplinary process related to the code.

At the heart of the Office of Student Conduct’s mission is creating a community in which students’ actions reflect the Penn State values. The Office of Student Conduct is committed to the safety and well-being of all University community members. We strive to create an environment that is free of acts of violence, harassment, and infringement of rights of privacy and property. The Office of Student Conduct is one of many service offices in the University that assists students, whether an accused student or victim of an incident. As an office, we will support students by assisting them in identifying resources which, based on personal needs, will further support them throughout the conduct process.
