Custom Fitness Programming 

Campus Recreation Fitness and Wellbeing can customize a fitness class, workshop, or training program for you and your group through our Custom Fitness Programs. All sessions are led by a Penn State Fitness Instructor or Certified Personal Trainer.  

We offer a wide variety of custom classes that will fit your group's needs. You can utilize one of our Campus Recreation spaces or we can come to your Residence Hall, meeting room, or outside space. 

Customized Solutions

All sessions will be led by a Penn State Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer. Our team can help you curate a program depending on your needs and goals.

  • Group Fitness Classes such as yoga, power remix, H.I.I.T, inverted yoga, AquaFit, or cycling
  • Wellness Workshops such as stress management, women's weightlifting, healthy food choices, and holiday highlight classes.
  • Fitness Equipment Introduction Series such as kettlebells, slam balls, bodyweight movement, ergs, dumbbells in efficient and safe manners. 
  • Video Livestreams such as private classes, special events, educational lectures, or information sessions 

Let's Work Together

We're ready when you are. Complete the request form to start the process. Request must be received at least 10-14 business days in advance.

  • Participants must be affiliated with Penn State, wear appropriate exercise attire, and bring water, a towel, and a Penn State ID to class
  • Payment is due within 5 days of the class

Cancellation Policy 

invoices are sent after the services are rendered. In the event a group does not cancel within 24 hours and does not notify Campus Recreation Fitness and Wellbeing of not attending their custom program, a charge will be assessed.
