Campus Recreation Fitness and Wellbeing has more than 60 weekly offerings for all students and those with a Campus Recreation membership. Group Fitness offers free classes as a part of the Weekly Group Fitness schedule such as HIIT, Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, Aqua Fitness, Zumba©, and Yoga.
Fitness Classes are lead by Penn State Certified Fitness Instructors and Certified Personal Trainers. We offer diverse fitness classes for all fitness levels and abilities. Space is limited.

There are group classes for everyone. Reservations for group classes are required. Check the Google calendar below for updated schedules or search for class types.

Our student fitness instructors are committed to health and fitness.
After training, fitness instructors hold a national certification and have successfully completed the 2-credit KINES 93 training class. Instructors gain leadership skills, fitness knowledge, and motivational tools to help fellow students become fit, healthy contributors to the Penn State community.
