Penn State Weather Closure & Delay
Most Student Affairs offices and facilities follow Penn State weather-related delays and closures. Registered events and programs are also canceled unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Please note that if a weather closure happens mid-day, offices will remain open until they can notify everyone in the building and ensure everyone has safely exited the building. During a delay, the following will apply to the identified delay window.
Housing Fair
The spring Housing Fair has rescheduled the in-person portion of the event for February 11.
Campus Recreation
All Campus Recreation facilities are closed (White Building, McCoy Natatorium, IM Building, Hepper Fitness Center). Virtual programs will continue as staff availability allows. Please confirm programs at pennstatecampusrec.org or through the Penn State Campus Recreation app.
Pasquerilla Spiritual Center
The spiritual center is closed.
University Health Services
University Health Services is closed for all appointments. All students who had appointments scheduled have been notified by secure message. For urgent health-related questions and concerns, please call the Advice Nurse at 814-865-4UHS (4847) (Press 3). For emergencies or immediate assistance, please call 911 or go to the Mount Nittany Medical Center Emergency Room.
Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS)
CAPS is closed for all appointments. All students who had in-person or tele-counseling appointments scheduled have been notified by text message. HUB-Robeson Center
The HUB-Robeson Center remains open during weather closures and students can use the lounge areas. However, all offices located in the HUB-Robeson Center, such as Student Leadership and Involvement offices, are closed. All registered events and meetings are canceled unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Dining vendors and other businesses in the HUB-Robeson Center are typically closed during weather closures or may operate on modified hours.
Residence Life & Dining Commons
Residence Life staff are available during weather closures and can be contacted at the Residence Life office in your area during business hours or by contacting your Resident Assistant (RA).
Dining commons are open. Activities, meetings, and events may be canceled or modified.
Student Care and Advocacy
Student Care & Advocacy is closed for all appointments. All students who had in-person or virtual appointments scheduled will receive an email from their case manager to reschedule when the University reopens. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
