The SBSU career fair and networking reception are just the beginning. Make sure to connect after the fair to keep the job search moving.

• Apply online if needed
  You may be asked to apply online to continue the process. Do this in a timely manner, and follow the instructions given to you by the recruiter.

• Say thanks
  Follow up and thank recruiters that you've met. Send a polite email and note details from your conversations to express your interest.

• Connect digitally
  Use LinkedIn to grow your network by connecting with recruiters you talked to at the event. Personalize your request with a note that recaps your interaction at the fair and expresses interest in potential opportunities moving forward.
