Follow up and thank recruiters that you've met. Send a polite email and note details from your conversations to express your interest. -
Connect digitally
Use LinkedIn to grow your network by connecting with recruiters you talked to at the event. Personalize your request with a note that recaps your interaction at the fair and expresses interest in potential opportunities moving forward.-
