This event brings hundreds of students interested in meeting with both domestic and international employers. Be patient and understand that there will be time for you to ask your questions and get information. - Cancellations

How to be Successful
Understanding how to be successful at Fall Career Days is key in helping you navigate the event.
- Know your audience
- Who is the representative (e.g., alumni, recruiter, manager, representative, HR )?
- What is the representative's role?
- Network with employers and staff
- Gather information
- Research companies online before coming to the fair
- Ask questions to supplement online research completed before the fair
- Make a positive impression
- Dress professionally
- Know how to introduce yourself
- Smile and make eye contact
- Listen carefully
- Ask at least 1 question
Companies won’t come to you, you need to go to each employer with a plan of how you’re going to sell yourself and what you’d like to accomplish with that company.
