Student Leadership Practices Inventory

About the Inventory

The Student Leadership Practices Inventory is a feedback tool designed to help understand how you, and others, perceive your leadership style. It’s also an opportunity to discover your leadership strengths and weaknesses, to make a plan for improvement, and to commit to growing as a leader within your organization.

The foundation of inventory is based on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership defined in "The Student Leadership Challenge" by Kouzes & Posner.

Take the Challenge

Are you or members of your organization looking for a new and innovative way to improve your leadership style? This leadership inventory will set the foundation.

The Student Leadership Practices Inventory is done online at your convenience, followed up by a 90-minute hands-on workshop to help individuals understand their results and maximize their leadership potential.

To register for a workshop, please complete the registration form. You will receive contact from our Student Leadership Practices Inventory Coordinator in the next 48 hours about the next steps.

We are able to offer this leadership inventory free of charge to current UP students thanks to the support of the Student Initiated Fee.
