Cheri Graham began her position as acting Student Affairs Director of Information Technology, on December 1, 2019, taking on the position permanently on Aug 1, 2020. Cheri was the lead programmer/analyst in Student Affairs IT since January 7, 2009, taking on increased responsibility and involvement across the university throughout that tenure. This nurtured growth experience positioned her for the role of Director of IT. Prior to working in Higher Education, Cheri held various levels of Programmer/Analyst positions at Unisys, Stabilus, and First Quality where the manufacturing 24/7 365 environment and the bottom-line factor meshed well with her strong work ethic and commitment to success.

Cheri received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She continued Master of Science in Computer Science work at Villanova University. Cheri broadens her knowledge through continued learning opportunities in technical, process, diversity, management, leadership, and sustainability areas.

Cheri grew up in Erie, and has lived in Bradford, Blue Bell, East Norriton, North Wales, Morrisdale, Port Matilda, and Greensburg. Most of her time has been spent in State College. Cheri is awed by nature and enjoys walking, hiking, snow-shoeing, and mountain biking with her husband, Russ. She also enjoys visiting with her family in Erie PA, Cincinnati OH, and Denver, CO.
