Plan to arrive between 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. to check-in and set up your display. We urge you arrive early to avoid lines.

At the Fair
All organizations must check in upon arrival. You will receive an information packet and lunch voucher.

Refreshments
A HUB-Robeson Center dining card will be provided to each representative to use at one of the various in-house restaurants at the HUB. Please plan lunches and breaks accordingly per the fair timeline.
