Maximize Your Hazing Prevention Efforts
Tailored prevention efforts require data-informed strategies. The Piazza Center offers two transformative surveys designed to strengthen your hazing prevention strategies for one price.
What Works: Comprehensive Hazing Prevention Survey (CHPS)
This 26-question instrument measures the effectiveness of your Comprehensive Hazing Prevention Program, capturing:
- Individual, organization, and campus perception of social issues
- Impact of policies, programs, and laws related to hazing
- Awareness of group activities and hazing behaviors in their chapter, other groups and teams
What Works: Hazing Program Assessment (HPA)
Assess the effectiveness of individual hazing programs with a quick 9-question survey that is easy as scanning a QR code to administer. Additionally, the survey has a built-in fidelity check to reassess students to see if the prevention initiative created long term gains.
Created in partnership with experts in behavioral health, psychology, and higher education, these tools will help evaluate student attitudes and behaviors essential for designing prevention efforts that will achieve meaningful outcomes.

The What Works Hazing Prevention surveys are meant to assess both comprehensive program and individual hazing prevention initiatives and therefore are bundled.
Pricing is based on one administration of the CHPS including three survey reminders and multiple uses of the HPA to assess a signature program. Please note we can set up more than one instance if you want to assess multiple programs.
You will receive robust reports on both your comprehensive program as well as individual program assessment.
Additional questions can be asked.
