5:30 p.m.

Location: Hartley Wood, The Arboretum at Penn State (Directions for exact meeting location will be shared after you register.)
Registration: Please fill out this form to reserve your spot.
You’re invited to attend Shinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing, inspired by the Japanese practice of “taking in the forest.” Come experience the outdoors with certified forest therapy guide, Anna Marie Nachman. This is a research-based approach that supports health and wellness through guided, slow, sensory walks.
Shinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing spring walks begin March 12th and will occur every Tuesday afternoon through April 23rd. Two sessions are available each Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. Space is limited to 15 participants. You can learn more about Shinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing at the HPW events website or at Nature's Balance Forest Therapy.
