Non-credit Art Classes and Workshops
The Center for Arts and Crafts offers a great selection of non-credit art classes and workshops for Penn State students, faculty, and staff. We offer everything from wheel-thrown pottery, painting, drawing, stained glass, and dance, to a mix of fun workshops such as crochet, recycled arts, and seasonal crafts.
Art classes and workshops are free from academic pressure and designed for beginners and intermediates. Class size is small, and classes are offered in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere to encourage discovery and development of creative skills.
Classes are offered during spring, summer, and fall semesters.
View our catalog in the sidebar for all of our offerings.
Session 1 classes start the week of September 13; session 3 start the week of October 25.
You can also check out our Create at Home catalogs for other fun ideas to make on your own!
Class space is limited. Participants are required to be a Penn State affiliate with a valid Penn State ID to register for adult art classes and workshops.
The Center for Arts and Crafts is open for registrations on Mondays-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
